Steph De Lander says she is 100 percent healed and ready to return to the ring.

De Lander underwent neck fusion surgery on her C5 and C6 vertebrae in October 2024. She has been out of action since TNA’s television tapings in Florida last August.

De Lander posted to X on Wednesday stating that she has been cleared by her surgeon to return to the ring but is seeking guidance from medical professionals to ensure she can do so safely. She tagged WWE, TNA, and AEW in the post.

De Lander wrote:

“My neck is 100% healed and I have been cleared by my surgeon to return to the ring. I need guidance from a medical professional to ensure safety so I can get back to doing what I love. I have asked so many times. Can anyone help me @ThisIsTNA @WWE @AEW ???”

De Lander and her husband, Mance Warner, signed multi-year contracts with TNA Wrestling last October. De Lander accompanied Warner during his appearance in the Feast or Fired match on last week’s episode of Impact.
