TNA Lockdown 2026 is set to take place on Sunday, August 23, 2026 from the Credit Union 1 Arena at UIC in Chicago, Illinois. According to the latest update from WrestleTix, 2,136 tickets have been distributed for the event thus far, which is up +477 since the last update (from 7 days ago).
As of writing, the Cheapest Ticket available (for Standard Admission) is $52.10 and the resale market has around 19 tickets on sale.
TNA Lockdown returns
Lockdown first took place in 2005 and existed as an annual event through 2016. For this 2026 revival, it will keep its original theme with every bout being a steel cage match. The Hardys, Nic Nemeth, Mustafa Ali, Moose, AJ Francis, Brian Myers, Leon Slater, Ash By Elegance, Elayna Black, and Indi Hartwell are the first names advertised for the show.
“The 2026 Lockdown is TNA’s first live event held at the venue formerly known as the UIC Pavilion, an on-campus arena steeped in pro wrestling history,” TNA noted in a press release for the show back in April. “Chi-Town Rumble from World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in 1989, for instance, was held at the UIC Pavilion, featuring Ricky ‘The Dragon’ Steamboat against Ric Flair for the NWA World Championship in the main event.”
