TNA Wrestling held a TV taping on Tuesday, April 14 at the Upstate Medical University Arena in Syracuse, New York.

  • Elayna Black defeated Sofia Rose
  • The Righteous defeated The Verdict
  • BDE vs. Mr. Elegance vs. Jason Hotch vs. The Hometown Man had no result available

Filmed for future episodes of Impact:

  • KC Navarro defeated AJ Francis with a roll-up.
    • Nic Nemeth was on commentary, and Francis and Nemeth argued during the match
  • A backstage promo with EC3 aired. He said his plan is to finish what he started in TNA
  • The System cut an in-ring promo.
    • Eddie Edwards said he would be TNA World Champion right now if it had not been for Moose
    • Cedric Alexander addressed his loss to Leon Slater, which brought out the X-Division Champion. Slater said he is on the verge of becoming the longest-reigning X-Division Champion of all time
    • Moose came out to confront the group as well, and Slater called for a tag team match
  • In a backstage segment, Elijah asked for a rematch with Frankie Kazarian, but Daria Rae called Kazarian and he turned the match down
  • Mustafa Ali and Order 4 cut an in-ring promo where Ali announced an open challenge to any member of the TNA roster or independent talent
  • Elijah defeated Frankie Kazarian in a Walk With Elijah match.
    • The wrestlers were bound together by a guitar strap. There were no disqualifications or countouts, and the winner had to touch all four turnbuckles in succession
  • Mr. Elegance defeated The Hometown Man after a distraction by Ash By Elegance
  • Leon Slater cut an in-ring promo and said he will become the longest-reigning X-Division Champion of all time on May 15.
    • He also said he would grant Cedric Alexander another shot at the title. Alexander came out and they agreed to a match on May 14, one day before Slater would set the record
    • The System then attacked Slater from behind, but Moose came out to even the odds. Moose attempted to spear Alisha Edwards, but Eddie Edwards pulled her to safety
  • Jeff Hardy defeated Vincent.
    • During the match, the lights went out to reveal Broken Matt Hardy. The lights flickered again and Jeff hit Vincent with a Swanton Bomb for the win. After the match, Broken Matt Hardy joined his brother in the ring and said The Righteous are going to get The Broken Hardys.
  • Jada Stone defeated Tasha Steelz
  • A Rosemary vignette featuring Tessa Blanchard aired
  • In a backstage segment, Nic Nemeth helped KC Navarro when he was confronted by The System, then said he would fight them anytime, anyplace
  • Mike Santana cut an in-ring promo.
    • Rich Swann came out and said he would make Santana fight “all night long”
  • Lei Ying Lee appeared in a vignette addressing Xia Brookside turning on her at Rebellion.
    • Brookside also walked away from a backstage interview when asked why she turned on her former partner
  • EC3 vs. Eric Young ended in a no contest
  • Another vignette featuring Rosemary and Tessa Blanchard aired. This time, Mara Sade, Mila Moore, and Allie were also present. Blanchard choked Rosemary with a chain, but Mara and Allie freed her. Blanchard and her group then left the undead realm and came out from under the ring in a puff of smoke
    • This led to a brawl with Tessa Blanchard, Mila Moore, and Victoria Crawford against Rosemary, Mara Sade, and Allie
  • Matt and Jeff Hardy cut a backstage promo
  • The System defeated Leon Slater and Moose in a four-on-two handicap match after Cedric Alexander pinned Slater
  • In the main event, Mustafa Ali defeated Adam Brooks to retain the TNA International Championship
