TNA’s Trey Miguel suffers an injury and is sidelined from in-ring action.

At TNA Wrestling’s Rebellion PPV, Miguel defended and lost the TNA International Championship against Mustafa Ali.

Ali emerged victorious in the match and ended Miguel’s title run at 57-days. Midway through the match, fans witnessed Miguel perform a Meteora on Ali onto the steel ring steps. Landing and bouncing brutally off the steps, Miguel suffered a deep laceration on his knees.

He later shared an image of the injury as well as a photo of him with a crutch. During the recent April 16 episode of TNA Impact, it was announced that Miguel has now been pulled from TNA events due to the injury.

There are currently no confirmed updates on Miguel’s in-ring return, although he is scheduled to be at WrestleCon in Las Vegas, Nevada, during the WWE WrestleMania week.

Miguel, earlier this year, joined AEW as a part of The Rascalz. However, he was soon let go from the promotion and made his way back to TNA.
