X-Division title match part of new TNA Genesis additions
With nearly two weeks left for TNA’s annual Genesis event, the promotion added two more matches on Thursday including an X-Division title defense.
That match will see reigning champion Leon Slater defend against Cedric Alexander and former X-Division Champion Moose in a three-way, one of several new title defenses Slater will have over the next month. Slater defeated Moose to win the title at this past July’s Slammiversary.
It was also announced that Elijah vs. Mustafa Ali will be part of the January pay-per-view.
One match that will now be moved from the PPV is TNA World Champion Frankie Kazarian against Mike Santana. That bout will now take place on the TNA AMC debut on January 15. No replacement was announced Thursday.
