We’re looking for WWE, NXT & Impact live recappers/writers
We are looking to bolster our WWE, NXT and Impact Wrestling live event coverage recapping team with a specific need for fill-in writers.
While we have our regular beat writers, there are times where we need fill-ins due to other commitments — sometimes on short notice.
Fill-ins will be considered for a more permanent beat if a regular writer leaves a position.
This is a compensated position, but is not full-time. If coverage is for a PPV/PLE or streaming service, any costs or access to a needed service are covered.
Requirements:
- Past pro wrestling writing & recapping experience with links to specific work
- An active, working knowledge of either WWE, NXT or Impact Wrestling
- Availability to recap the events live as they happen
- Great communication when asked if you could fill in
- Coachable as relates to writing style, adherence to our website standards, etc.
- The ability to do fair analysis without bias
