AJ Styles made a surprise appearance at an indie show on Friday night.

According to fan reports, Styles appeared at Southern Honor Wrestling’s 7th Anniversary event in Canton, Georgia. He came out after the main event steel cage match, where Alexander Lev won the promotion’s top title by using a Styles Clash.

Photos from the appearance show Styles standing inside the cage and holding the promotion’s championship belt. Video of Styles’ appearance is not available as of this writing.

Styles is coming off an eventful month in WWE. That stretch included his match against John Cena at Crown Jewel in Australia, a bout that featured tributes and homages to many of Cena and Styles’ past rivals and opponents. After that, Styles and Dragon Lee won the World Tag Team Championships from Finn Balor and JD McDonagh on the October 20 episode of Raw. They successfully defended the titles against the former champions again on the November 3 show.
