Andrade vs. Carmelo Hayes trilogy matchup set for WWE SmackDown

The rivalry between Andrade and Carmelo Hayes is set to become a trilogy.

WWE has announced that Andrade vs. Hayes III will take place on SmackDown this Friday night. In their first two meetings, Andrade has a 2-0 record. This third match comes after interference by Hayes cost Andrade a United States title number one contender’s bout against Santos Escobar last week.

“You see what happens when you take matters into your own hands? You see what happens when you don’t beg for opportunities like some people? You get exactly what you want,” Hayes said in a social media promo. “And that’s why tomorrow I got exactly what I want — and that’s Melo vs. Andrade III in Orlando.”

Andrade’s two victories against Hayes took place on the July 19 and August 2 episodes of SmackDown. The updated lineup for this Friday’s show is listed below:
