Bayley joins WWE Raw roster, Penta set for action
The WWE Raw women’s division has gotten a significant new addition.
Ahead of tonight’s show, WWE posted a video with general manager Adam Pearce announcing that Bayley is now part of the Raw roster. She will be in action tonight against Nia Jax, who is still a SmackDown wrestler. The two got into it last week when both appeared on Raw. Jax declared for the women’s Royal Rumble match during that appearance.
In storyline, a transfer window is currently open in WWE that allows talent to change brands. The window opened in advance of Raw’s Netflix premiere.
Tonight’s Raw is the third episode on Netflix. WWE has also announced that, following his debut victory against Chad Gable last week, Penta will be in action tonight. His opponent has not been announced.
