Bianca Belair appearance added to WWE SmackDown
On the eve of Backlash, Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair is set to appear on SmackDown.
WWE has announced that Belair will make an appearance on tonight’s SmackDown from San Juan, Puerto Rico. Belair is defending her title against IYO SKY at Backlash this Saturday night.
While she’s currently the Raw Women’s Champion, Belair will soon be a fixture of SmackDown. She was selected by SmackDown in the WWE Draft last Friday. The post-draft rosters will officially take effect after Backlash.
Belair has held the Raw Women’s Championship since defeating Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 38 in April 2022.
SmackDown Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley was selected by Raw in the draft. Zelina Vega is challenging Ripley for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at Saturday’s pay-per-view.
Coliseo de Puerto Rico in San Juan is hosting SmackDown tonight. The updated lineup for the episode is listed below:

- Cody Rhodes appears
- Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair appears
- Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Karrion Kross
- The OC (Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows) vs. The Viking Raiders (Ivar & Erik)
