Bret Hart being honored by Cauliflower Alley Club
This summer, Bret Hart, one of the greatest wrestlers to ever live, will be honored at the Cauliflower Alley Club’s 60th annual reunion.
Cauliflower Alley Club announced today that Hart will attend August’s reunion and receive the 2026 Lou Thesz Award, which is the organization’s highest honor. It’s given to someone who exemplifies “technical brilliance, leadership, and multi-faceted contributions to the industry.”
Hart’s niece Natalya — the winner of the 2025 Thesz Award — will present him with this honor. The reunion is taking place at the Plaza Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas from August 24-26.
“Few names in professional wrestling carry the respect, legacy, and excellence of Bret Hart. A world champion, a master of his craft, and one of the most influential performers of all time, Bret’s career represents everything the Lou Thesz Award stands for,” Cauliflower Alley Club wrote.
“Making this moment even more special, Natalya ‘Nattie’ Neidhart will present Bret Hart with this prestigious honor, bringing together two generations of the Hart family on the CAC stage.”
