Brock Lesnar to appear on WWE Raw next week

The first Raw of 2020 will include an appearance by the WWE Champion.

WWE has announced that Brock Lesnar will make an appearance live on next Monday’s episode of Raw. It will be the first time Lesnar has been on the show since November 4.

Lesnar’s return to Raw comes in advance of the Royal Rumble taking place on January 26.

Lesnar’s most recent appearance on WWE programming was when he retained the WWE Championship against Rey Mysterio at Survivor Series.

Lesnar won the WWE title by defeating Kofi Kingston on SmackDown’s FOX premiere in October. He retained the championship against Cain Velasquez at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia. SmackDown’s Bray Wyatt also won the Universal Championship from Raw’s Seth Rollins that night, and Lesnar and the WWE title were then moved to Raw.

The Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma is hosting next week’s Raw. Two title matches have been announced for the episode. United States Champion Andrade will defend his title against Rey Mysterio, and Raw Tag Team Champions The Viking Raiders will defend their titles in a triple threat match against The Street Profits and Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson.
