Bron Breakker cleared following WWE Raw match
Bron Breakker has been cleared following WWE Raw.
During the main event, Breakker went for a frankensteiner off the top, but there was miscommunication and Breakker ended up landing badly upon impact. Despite this, Bryan Alvarez is reporting that WWE’s medical team cleared Breakker following Raw.
“Bron was checked out by medical after the show and was cleared,” Alvarez writes.
The World Heavyweight title match had been promoted for weeks, with Breakker and Punk exchanging words right up to their match on Monday. As expected, all members of The Vision eventually came out to interfere. However, they were thwarted by Rey Mysterio, Penta, and Dragon Lee, who eventually evened the odds.
From there, the World Heavyweight title match became competitive as both men traded submissions and Breakker sent Punk through a table after launching off the top rope. In the end, it was Punk that prevailed, kneeing Breakker as he was looking to hit his spear and followed that with the GTS for the victory.
