Cam Skattebo: WWE is ‘definitely an option’ after NFL career

New York Giants star Cam Skattebo believes that WWE is “definitely an option” for him.

The injured running back, who made an appearance on WWE Raw in November, was asked by TMZ recently if he is headed to WWE after his football career ends.

“There’s a chance. I mean, I feel like I’m a pretty good actor, so there’s a chance there,” Skattebo responded.

“There’s a bunch of chances. I feel like I can do something outside of football when I’m done playing, and I’m not too sure where I’m going to go with that, but WWE is definitely an option.”

When asked if he can wrestle, Skattebo said, “Oh yeah, absolutely.”

Skattebo added that he grew up watching wrestling with his older brother.

Asked if he has any background in wrestling, Skattebo responded, “Just growing up watching it, and then I had an older brother that was bigger than me, so his reach was always longer, so I never was able to punch him. It was just wrestling the whole time.”

Skattebo received some pushback following his appearance on the November 17, 2025 episode of Raw from Madison Square Garden in New York. During the segment, he was involved in a ringside altercation with Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonough. Skattebo was in a walking boot at the time, as he had undergone season-ending surgery for a broken fibula just weeks earlier. In response to criticism of his Raw appearance, Skattebo posted to X, “If you don’t like that I’m having a good time while dealing with a tough time, then just go ahead and unfollow and casually move on.”
