Charlotte Flair vs. Asuka announced for WWE Raw
After dissension between them at Survivor Series, Charlotte Flair and Asuka will face off tonight.
WWE has announced a singles match between Charlotte and Asuka for tonight’s Raw. They were both members of Team Raw in last night’s women’s elimination tag match, but Asuka turned against Charlotte after Charlotte tagged herself in. Asuka then spit green mist into Charlotte’s eyes, causing Charlotte to get eliminated. Asuka also walked out of the match.
Team NXT defeated Team Raw and Team SmackDown in the elimination tag match after Rhea Ripley pinned Sasha Banks.
The Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota is advertising that Asuka & Kairi Sane will defend their Women’s Tag Team titles against Charlotte & Becky Lynch in a tables, ladders, and chairs match at next month’s TLC pay-per-view.
Tonight’s Raw is the last of four straight nights at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois for WWE. AJ Styles will defend his United States title against Humberto Carrillo on the episode.
