Dominik Mysterio appearance, Mixed Tag Team title match set for next AAA on Fox
Dominik Mysterio is returning to AAA next week.
It was announced during Saturday’s AAA on Fox that the Mega Champion would be appearing on next week’s show. During the announcement, Corey Graves hinted that his appearance may have something to do with El Grande Americano. The former team mates split up at Guerra de Titantes last month after they lost their match to Rey Mysterio and Rey Fenix. This would mark Mysterio’s first live appearance on television since suffering a shoulder injury that took place during that match.
A match for the AAA Mixed Tag Team titles was also announced, with Mr. Iguana and Lola Vice challenging champions Ethan Page and Chelsea Green. Vice won a match against La Hiedra on this week’s show to earn a spot in the title match, winning with a roll-up that Mr. Iguana, the special guest referee, counted.
After the match, Page and Green appeared backstage unhappy about the developments.
