Following Cody Rhodes’ controversial win against McIntyre tonight in Salt Lake City, Utah, The Scottish Warrior shared his frustration on social media.
The 40-year-old uploaded a video of Cody Rhodes’ iconic impression of Ted Dibiase Jr.’s, ‘Where is that referee? He was trying to f**k on me” line.
In the opening match of the November 1st edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event, Cody Rhodes defeated Drew McIntyre to retain his WWE Championship. The final moments of their nearly 19-minute bout saw Rhodes drop McIntyre onto the title to secure the victory while the referee was distracted.
The video uploaded by McIntyre references a story previously shared by The American Nightmare, where he recalled Ted DiBiase Jr.’s backstage frustration with Vince McMahon after one of their “worst matches ever.”
