Final WWE SummerSlam ladder match participant set
The participants for the ladder match at SummerSlam are now set.
Lash Legend was the final person to qualify on Friday’s SmackDown, defeating Giulia. The match didn’t last long, with Legend quickly picking up the win with the Lash Extension. Legend now joins Tiffany Stratton, Jade Cargill, Charlotte Flair, and Chelsea Green in a match to determine an interim WWE Women’s Champion on Sunday in Minneapolis.
For the last several weeks, Nia Jax has found herself on the short end of the stick when it comes to qualifying for the ladder match, losing to both Cargill and Flair after they interfered in both matches, causing a disqualification both times. After complaining to General Manager Adam Pearce, he made the final qualifier for this week’s show, putting Giulia against Jax’s tag team partner Legend.
