Finals for King & Queen of the Ring set on WWE SmackDown

King of the Ring finals set

The finals for the King and Queen of the Ring are now set.

Jey Uso will face Oba Femi at Clash of Champions next Saturday in Saudi Arabia, while Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan will face off against IYO SKY. The winners of both matches will earn future title matches that will take place at SummerSlam in August.

Uso earned a hard fought victory over Je’Von Evans on Friday. A competitive back and forth match finally ended once Uso cut Evans off as he was going for the OG cutter. He then connected with another spear then pinned Evans following a splash off the top rope. After the match, Uso shook hands with Evans.

SmackDown’s main event had Liv Morgan defeating Charlotte Flair. Right as Flair was about to make her entrance, she came across Jade Cargill and the two exchanged words. But right as the multiple-time Women’s Champion started to make her way toward the gorilla position, Michin and B-Fab launched an attack, with all three women targeting Flair’s leg.

Despite the injury, Flair insisted on wrestling Morgan, and the two had a competitive main event. But Morgan reversed a figure four and locked in a half Boston crab. Flair initially escaped as Alexa Bliss and WWE medical begged her to stop the match. She refused, and even kicked out of oblivion. But after Morgan locked in the half Boston crab again, Flair eventually tapped out.
