Giulia releases statement after quick WWE SmackDown loss
Giulia posted a statement following WWE SmackDown on Friday night.
Giulia lost to Lash Legend on the show in a match that went two minutes. With the win, Legend qualified for the Interim WWE Women’s Championship ladder match at SummerSlam.
Giulia posted the following on X after the show:
“To everyone who was rooting for me…
I’m sorry this is how it turned out.
But here’s the thing…
Don’t f–king worry about me.
I’m stubborn as hell.
I don’t f–king quit.
I’m tough as nails.
This is what drives me.
Bring it all the f–k on.
I’ll get through whatever comes my way.
Come at me, all of you.”

Prior to her loss to Legend on SmackDown, Giulia held the WWE Women’s United States Championship for 111 days before dropping it to Tiffany Stratton on the April 24 episode of SmackDown.
Giulia then wrestled on WWE’s European tour in June. She competed in a four-way Queen of the Ring qualifier on the June 1 Raw from Turin, Italy. She then defeated Jordynne Grace in a match taped in Bologna, Italy, for the June 11 edition of WWE Main Event. She defeated Kiana James at the June 23 SmackDown taping from the O2 Arena in London, England. She did not wrestle again until defeating James at the July 17 Main Event taping.
