Jeff Hardy segment set for WWE SmackDown

Jeff Hardy and Samoa Joe’s feud will continue on Tuesday’s episode of SmackDown.

WWE has announced a segment where Hardy will address Joe on Tuesday’s show. It comes after a storyline last week where Joe appeared on the video screen from a bar during Hardy’s match against Randy Orton. The distraction led to Orton hitting an RKO and defeating Hardy. Joe then did a “public service announcement” about moderation and excessive drinking, mocking Hardy’s history with alcohol issues.

There was also an angle on the November 27 episode of SmackDown where Joe interrupted Hardy and mocked him while Hardy was celebrating the 20th anniversary of the beginning of his WWE career.

Charlotte Flair vs. Asuka and a rap battle between SmackDown Tag Team Champions Cesaro & Sheamus and The Usos (with The New Day as the hosts) have also been announced for Tuesday’s SmackDown, which is the go-home show for TLC. Charlotte and Asuka will challenge for Becky Lynch’s SmackDown Women’s Championship in a triple threat tables, ladders, and chairs match at the pay-per-view. Cesaro & Sheamus will defend their titles against The Usos and New Day in a triple threat match at TLC.

Hardy and Joe don’t have a match for TLC announced as of now.
