WWE Hall of Famer Jerry Lawler has reportedly agreed to a new deal with the company.

PWInsider reported that the word making the rounds at today’s Raw in Memphis, Tennessee is that Lawler has signed a new deal with WWE. PWInsider wrote that Lawler’s previous deal with WWE would have expired at the end of the year. How long he’s re-signed for isn’t known.

Lawler said in January 2019 that he signed a two-year contract extension with WWE. Lawler noted then that his contract always comes up on January 10, and he was offered a new two-year contract with a raise,

Lawler was most recently a full-time member of the WWE commentary team when he called Raw from September 2019 to April 2020.

The FedExForum in Lawler’s hometown of Memphis is hosting tonight’s Raw. The show will feature Becky Lynch vs. Liv Morgan for the Raw Women’s Championship, WWE Champion Big E vs. Kevin Owens in a non-title steel cage match, and a Miz TV segment with Edge appearing as The Miz’s guest.
