Jey Uso to face Drew McIntyre on WWE Raw

A grudge match has been added to the lineup for Monday’s episode of WWE Raw.

WWE has announced that Jey Uso vs. Drew McIntyre will take place on Raw this Monday (December 11). The episode is taking place from Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland.

Uso is out for revenge after being put through a table by McIntyre. In the main event of Raw earlier this week, Uso unsuccessfully challenged Seth Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship. McIntyre attacked Uso after the match, blindsiding him with a Claymore and then slamming him through the announce table.

McIntyre also laid out Rollins and Sami Zayn on Raw earlier this week.

Uso was one of the reasons for McIntyre’s recent heel turn. Bitter over his loss to Roman Reigns from Clash at the Castle, McIntyre has blamed Uso and the rest of The Bloodline for why he did not win the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. McIntyre doesn’t trust that Uso has truly changed and left The Bloodline behind him.

Here’s the updated lineup for Monday’s Raw:

  • CM Punk will appear and reveal which brand he’s signing with
  • Cody Rhodes vs. Shinsuke Nakamura
  • Drew McIntyre vs. Jey Uso
