John Cena to compete on his final WWE Raw

John Cena will be competing in the ring on his final episode of WWE Raw.

This coming Monday at Madison Square Garden, Cena will be on Raw for one last time as an active wrestler. He only has three WWE appearances left on his retirement tour — with Cena also set for Survivor Series on November 29 and Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13.

Netflix indicated that Cena would be competing on the November 17 Raw at MSG, and Cena has now officially confirmed that as well. His opponent for the show is not known yet.

“Over 23 years you’ve allowed me to have 544 matches on #WWERaw. The most in WWE history. My favorite match.. is my next one!,” Cena tweeted this morning. “Which will be our LAST ONE! Don’t miss our last chance to grace @TheGarden ring as we say farewell to RAW live, Monday night on @netflix at 8pm ET!”

Cena is the new Intercontinental Champion after winning the title from Dominik Mysterio earlier this week. It’s the first time Cena has ever held the IC title in his career, making him a Grand Slam Champion.

The MSG Raw will also feature the continuation of The Last Time is Now tournament, which will decide Cena’s final opponent for SNME. Gunther — considered the tournament favorite — will be in action against NXT’s Je’Von Evans.
