Jordynne Grace one step closer to earning pilot’s license
Jordynne Grace is one step closer to earning her pilot’s license.
Grace posted to social media on Saturday that she has passed her FAA Airman Knowledge Test, a written aviation exam administered as part of the pilot certification process. The FAA lists the private pilot airplane knowledge test as 60 questions, with a passing score of 70 percent. Grace posted an image of her test report showing that she received a score of 85 percent.
“I passed my FAA Airman Knowledge Test today 😭” Grace wrote.
Grace also responded to a few questions on social media about the test. She noted that there were only a few weather-related questions, which is what she spent the bulk of her time studying.
“They barely asked any weather questions, which is probably what I spent the most time studying. They asked about soft field landings multiple times, which I had zero knowledge of,” she wrote.
