King’s Court with Sasha Banks announced for WWE Raw

A King’s Court segment is set for tonight’s episode of Raw.

WWE announced via Sports Illustrated this morning that Sasha Banks will be appearing on the King’s Court with Jerry Lawler on tonight’s show. The segment comes after Banks returned to WWE television on Raw last week.

Banks returned as a heel and laid out both Natalya and Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch. It was Banks’ first appearance on WWE TV since she and Bayley lost the Women’s Tag Team titles at WrestleMania 35.

Trish Stratus appeared on the King’s Court with Lawler on the July 30 episode of SmackDown. Charlotte Flair interrupted Stratus and challenged her to a match at SummerSlam.

Tonight’s Raw is taking place at the Xcel Energy Center in Saint Paul, Minnesota. AJ Styles defending his United States title against Braun Strowman is advertised for the show. The King of the Ring tournament will also begin, with Samoa Joe facing Cesaro and Cedric Alexander taking on Sami Zayn in first round matches.
