KO Show with Sami Zayn set for WWE SmackDown

A longtime friend/rival will be joining Kevin Owens for tonight’s edition of the KO Show.

WWE has announced that Sami Zayn will be Owens’ guest on the KO Show on tonight’s SmackDown. The segment comes after Zayn laid Owens out with a Helluva Kick last Friday.

In storyline, Zayn believes that there’s a conspiracy against him in WWE. Zayn asked Owens to be part of his documentary exposing the conspiracy, but there was a backstage segment on SmackDown last week where Owens told Zayn that he wasn’t buying into the conspiracy. Zayn asked Owens to come out to ringside for his match against Baron Corbin on the show. Zayn said that if Owens didn’t see anything suspicious, he’d drop the whole conspiracy.

Corbin defeated Zayn in their match on SmackDown last week. Owens, who was on commentary for the match, said he didn’t see anything wrong with the officiating. Zayn tried to blame the referee, but Owens told him that sometimes things just don’t go your way. Zayn said Owens wasn’t seeing things clearly. Zayn went to walk away, but he then came back and blindsided Owens with a Helluva Kick.

Zayn and YouTube star Logan Paul have been going back and forth on Twitter about Zayn’s conspiracy documentary, with Paul saying that Zayn might be on to something.

Tonight’s SmackDown will also feature the brand’s fallout from Fastlane.
