Liv Morgan dislocates shoulder during WWE Raw match
Liv Morgan’s match on Raw had to be stopped following an injury.
Morgan was wrestling Kairi Sane on Monday’s show when Kairi grabbed Morgan’s leg for a takedown. Morgan fell to the floor but upon impact, immediately rolled out of the ring and held on to her arm. The show went into commercial where it was announced that Morgan would be unable to continue the match, giving the win to Kairi. Morgan was helped to the back by medical officials.
Michael Cole soon after announced that Morgan had suffered a dislocated shoulder.
The injury comes just one week after Morgan started a feud with Nikki Bella, attacking the Hall of Famer following her return to Raw. Morgan confronted IYO SKY at the start of Monday’s show, demanding a title match. SKY refused, saying Morgan had to earn a title match.
Last month, another injury took place on Raw when Zoey Stark blew out her knee in a triple threat qualifying match between Rhea Ripley and Kairi. She’s expected to be out for a long period of time following surgery to her ACL, MCL, and meniscus.
