Liv Morgan, Dominik Mysterio booking reportedly causing ‘internal frustration’

There is reportedly “internal frustration” regarding the booking of Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan in WWE.

According to a report from WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select on Thursday, the frustration stems from the lack of direction for Dominik and Morgan since WrestleMania 42.

The report notes that the original plan for Morgan after WrestleMania was to continue her program with Stephanie Vaquer, but there was “little adjustment” to keep her featured on WWE programming after Vaquer’s injury.

The report also notes that Dominik is expected to be used more as the company heads closer to TripleMania, and Morgan is expected to be used more on Raw moving forward, regardless of Vaquer’s injury status.

Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan’s recent WWE schedule

For Dominik, his last match on WWE programming was the AAA Mega title defense against the original El Grande Americano on the May 11 Raw from Knoxville, which was his first match on WWE programming since losing to Finn Balor at WrestleMania 42.

However, Dominik has been wrestling this week on WWE’s European summer tour, losing twice to Penta and once to LA Knight.

As for Morgan, she hasn’t wrestled since defeating Sol Ruca on the April 20 edition of Raw, which was her first match since defeating Stephanie Vaquer in a little under seven minutes for the Women’s World title at WrestleMania 42. However, Morgan is scheduled for the Queen of the Ring qualifier four-way on next week’s Raw from Paris.
