Logan Paul’s $5.3M WWE WrestleMania 38 Pikachu card up for auction

Logan Paul WWE

Logan Paul currently owns the world’s most expensive Pokémon card, priced at a humongous amount of $5.3 million. Paul bought the Pikachu Illustrator ahead of his WWE WrestleMania 38 tag-team match against Rey and Dominik Mysterio. Now, almost four years later, Paul has put up for auction his mint condition, PSA 10-rated Pikachu illustrator card.

Paul, a full-time WWE Superstar now, following his new contract signing, announced the news of auctioning his card in the same YouTube video. Paul put the card for auction on Pokémon’s 30th anniversary and will run bids till February 15th, 2025. The auction already has 27 bids, with the current highest running at $2.3 million. The Pikachu card will also come with the Pokémon card holder and Cuban chain, priced at a value of $75,000.

The Pikachu Illustrator card was produced in a limited quantity of 40 copies and distributed to the winners of a Japanese fan competition in 1998. Among these, only one has received the unparalleled PSA 10 quality rating; this card was acquired by Paul in 2021 in exchange for a lower-grade Pikachu Illustrator (valued at $1.275 million) and an additional $4 million in cash.

Paul wore the card while entering with The Miz in AT&T Stadium at WrestleMania 38, and has now claimed to hand-deliver the Pikachu card to the buyer.
