Michin confirms injury, says she’s out ‘temporarily’
Michin says she’s out of action, but only temporarily.
In a social media post, the SmackDown star, wearing a sling, cut a promo directly going after Jade Cargill. She told the WWE Women’s Champion that she failed in terms of taking her out for good.
“I may be out, but I am out temporarily. And with all the money and fame and aura…what you don’t have that I do is grit, is the love of this business,” she said. “So Jade, enjoy your vacations and your photo shoots because while I’m getting better, I’m focusing on you and nothing is going to keep me away from that ring and nothing is going to keep me away from you.”
Michin was pulled from WWE’s holiday house show tour last week after reportedly suffering a shoulder injury. On Instagram, she wrote that her tour had ended earlier than expected.
“Have to cut my tour a little short but damn, was it was fun! I got to take a bite out of cake too,” she wrote at the time.
Friday’s SmackDown had Cargill saying she injured Michin intentionally and deserved what happened. She then ran into Jordynne Grace, who is the latest to explore free agency on the main roster.
