Netflix reveals trailer for ‘WWE: Unreal’ season three

We’re a couple of weeks away from the premiere of “WWE: Unreal” season three — and Netflix is giving fans a look at what’s going to be covered

The official trailer for the new season of the docuseries was released today. It premieres on Tuesday, July 21 and will be heavily focused on John Cena’s retirement. Along with that, the show will document AJ Lee’s WWE return, the injuries the company faced leading into WrestleMania 42, and WWE elevating young stars like Bron Breakker, Oba Femi, and Trick Williams.

Here is the official description for the season:

  • John Cena says goodbye, a fan favorite returns, and the next generation of Superstars rise to the occasion. WWE: Unreal takes viewers inside the writers’ room as injuries, last-minute pivots, and career-defining decisions reshape WWE’s biggest season yet heading into Wrestlemania 42.

The season will consist of five 50-minute episodes. Cena, Lee, Breakker, Femi, Williams, Cody Rhodes, Liv Morgan, CM Punk, Lash Legend, Stephanie Vaquer, Chelsea Green, Matt Cardona, Seth Rollins, and Becky Lynch are listed as being featured.

WWE, Omaha Productions, NFL Films, and Skydance Sports are all involved with the production of “Unreal.” The season three trailer can be seen below:
