A new match has been added to Saturday’s AAA on FOX lineup.

A four-way match to determine a new number one contender to Laredo Kid’s AAA World Cruiserweight Championship has been officially confirmed to air on this week’s broadcast. Chris Carter, Elio LeFleur, Mini Vikingo, and TJ Perkins will compete in the bout.

AAA wrote:

“Who will be Laredo Kid’s #1 contender for the AAA World Cruiserweight Championship? Find out this Saturday #AAAenFOX

South America 🌎 (Except Brazil) on YouTube Fox”

The match was filmed on January 17, the same night AAA debuted live on FOX.

For Perkins, the former TJP in WWE, it will mark his first match under the WWE umbrella since he was released from the company in February 2019. He last wrestled for NJPW at Resurgence in May, although he took part in a FantasticaMania event as a member of the CMLL roster on June 20. His most recent CMLL match came on November 14 at Viernes Espectacular, where he and Templario dropped the NJPW Strong Tag Team titles.

The updated lineup for Saturday’s show is below:

AAA on Fox (January 31)

  • Rey de Reyes qualifier: Jack Cartwheel vs. Aerostar vs. Apollo Crews vs. La Parka
  • Lola Vice vs. La Hiedra (special guest referee Mr. Iguana)
  • AAA World Cruiserweight Title Number one contender four-way: Chris Carter vs. Elio Lefleur vs. Mini Vikingo vs. TJ Perkins
