Oba Femi Open Challenge, contract signing, more set for WWE Raw

Oba Femi WWE Raw 4/27/26

WWE Raw General Manager Adam Pearce announced the lineup for Monday’s show.

Pearce revealed there will be a contract signing for the Roman Reigns vs. Jacob Fatu match at Backlash.

“I will get the contract signed for the World Heavyweight Championship match pitting your Heavyweight Champion of the World, Roman Reigns, one-on-one with the Samoan Werewolf, Jacob Fatu. And I’m sure that signing will go down just perfectly fine,” he said.

Pearce confirmed that the Oba Femi Open Challenge will continue, saying: “And do not forget, the Oba Femi Open Challenge is just that. Who in Omaha will step up, face the challenge of The Ruler? Find out on the flagship.”

Je’Von Evans and Penta teaming against Rusev and Ethan Page is also now scheduled for Monday.

A rematch between JD McDonagh and Finn Balor was also announced. Balor defeated McDonagh on last week’s show.

Pearce also said that he will get Asuka and IYO SKY to “sit down and lay it all on the line” on Monday’s show.

“And I’m going to try and get IYO SKY and Asuka to sit down and lay it all on the line less than a week before their matchup at Backlash,” Pearce said.

Previously announced for the show is Sol Ruca officially signing with the Raw brand.
