Paul Heyman out ‘indefinitely’ following WWE Raw attack angle

Paul Heyman attacked

Paul Heyman won’t be on Raw anytime soon.

During Monday’s show, Michael Cole explained that Heyman suffered a cervical spine contusion, facial lacerations, and a deviated septum following Rollins’ attack last week and as a result was out indefinitely due to his injuries.

Last week’s Raw saw Heyman come out and run down Rollins, who made his return at the Elimination Chamber to cost Logan Paul the match. Rollins continued the masked man gimmick by having several hooded figures distract Paul and Austin Theory, who left the ring to chase them away. But that left Heyman wide open for Rollins to emerge with a steel chair, striking Heyman in the back. Rollins then gave his former mentor the stomp.

Later backstage, a bloodied Heyman was put in an ambulance. Unfortunately for him, it was being driven by none other than LA Knight, who sped off with Heyman into the night.

On Monday, Adam Pearce tried to talk to Seth Rollins but was interrupted by Paul and Theory, who wanted to take out Rollins. But before they could, an army of Rollins’ masked men swarmed the ring to guard him. Rollins then put his mask back on as the masked men ran around the ring to disguise Rollins’ whereabouts, allowing him to escape.
