Pete Dunne made a surprise appearance a Riot Cabaret show in London, England on Friday night.

After Mark Andrews lost the Riot Cabaret Championship to Nico Angelo in the main event, he continued attacking Angelo until Dunne came out to make the save.

Footage of Dunne’s appearance is available here and at the end of this article.

Although he has been rumored to be one of the wrestlers portraying El Grande Americano, Dunne has not wrestled a WWE match since May. He did, however, compete at Bloodsport on August 2. His New Catch Republic teammate, Tyler Bate, has also been rumored as an Americano. Bate returned to action in March after missing nine months with a torn pec. He and Dunne were defeated by New Day in their first match back on Raw, both competed in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal in April, and neither has wrestled for WWE since May.
