Report: Becky Lynch getting new WWE theme music

One of WWE’s top stars will soon be getting new theme music.

After Becky Lynch posted a tease on social media, Fightful Select confirmed that Lynch will be debuting new entrance music by pop-punk band The Wonder Years. Lynch shared an Instagram stories post earlier today announcing that a collaboration between “The Wonder Years x The Man” would be coming soon.

The song will replace Lynch’s long-time “Celtic Invasion” theme that she has used for years throughout her WWE stardom.

Lynch is the current WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion and has a title defense coming up against Lyra Valkyria at SummerSlam night two this Sunday. The all-Irish matchup has a stipulation where, if Lynch retains, Valkyria can not challenge for the title again while Lynch is champion.

To earn this title shot against Lynch, Valkyria defeated Bayley in a two-out-of-three falls match on the July 14 episode of WWE Raw. Valkyria was the first-ever Women’s Intercontinental Champion but dropped the title to Lynch at Money in the Bank this June.
