A new report has emerged on the upcoming WWE Unreal on Netflix season 2 show.

Earlier this year, following an extremely successful WWE Unreal season 1, WWE reportedly renewed their documentary series on Neflix for a new season. With words surfacing that the promotion has already started filming content, BodySlam+ has now shared a major new update.

As per the report, several WWE superstars such as, R-Truth, Iyo Sky, Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch, Naomi, Lyra Valkyria, and Penta will soon begin their interview session for the show. BodySlam+ noted that with the variety of events over the past eight months, WWE and Netflix have already allegedly completed a significant amount of filming for the next season.

The report adds that R-Truth’s contract expiration and its aftermath, along with Rollins’ Money in the Bank cash-in at SummerSlam, are set to be featured in Season 2. Earlier this year, R-Truth left WWE following his contract expiry after soon returned following an expression of online displeasure while Rollins faked an injury before successfully cashing his briefcase on CM Punk.

WWE Unreal Season 1 was heavily appreciated by fans and had five episodes which covered multiple topics such as, Royal Rumble, Elimination Chamber, John Cena’s heel turn, and WrestleMania 41. WWE: Unreal Season 2 will debut on Netflix later but currently does not have a confirmed release date.
