Rey Mysterio, Liv Morgan react to Dominik Mysterio’s AAA Mega Championship win
Liv Morgan and Rey Mysterio have both commented on Dominik Mysterio winning the AAA Mega Championship.
Dominik defeated El Hijo del Vikingo in the main event of Worlds Collide on Friday night in Las Vegas, winning a title his father never won. However, as noted by Konnan on commentary during the show, Rey wrestled in the welterweight division during his time in AAA and back then, only heavyweights challenged for the Mega title.
Rey posted two photos of himself as a double champion in WCW in 1999, holding one-half of the tag team titles with Billy Kidman and also the Cruiserweight belt. He captioned the photos:“@dominik_35 Never say you the greatest until they say you R……. Never say you the first cuz you Weren’t!! Facts Son.Love, Your Dead Beat Dad.”
Dominik responded, “Good job son. Maybe one day you’ll be as great as me. Now post a pic of you holding the AAA Mega Championship.”
Raw General Manager Adam Pearce added, “I’m here for Kidman’s hair.”
Dominik’s on-screen partner Liv Morgan also reacted to Dominik’s win on Friday. She posted to social media, “El Sucio de los Sucios
