Power Slap Jake Hager Rhea Ripley Buddy Matthews

Rhea Ripley and Buddy Matthews were both in the building for a recent Power Slap event. Former AEW and WWE performer Jake Hager appeared on the card, where he was knocked out by former TNA wrestler Mahabali Shera/Amanpreet Singh.

UFC India posted the video on Instagram showing the couple reacting to the massive knockout, which took place at the Power Slap event in Las Vegas this week ahead of UFC 329.

Hager ate two big shots in the opening back and forth exchanges. Then, a shot sent him falling backwards making the referee step in and call the match. This was Hager’s first loss in Power Slap, where he fights (?) in the Heavyweight division. Despite being undefeated to this point, Hager is not listed in the power rankings for the company, which sees Damien Dibbell sitting at the top of the Heavyweight division as Champion.

If you have not heard of Power Slap, it is a company led by UFC President Dana White. The official Power Slap site states that “Power Slap features competitors from across the globe battling on the ultimate stage to showcase their power, technique and resolve.”
