Ruby Riot, Liv Morgan & Sarah Logan debut on WWE SmackDown

A night after Sonya Deville and Mandy Rose debuted on Raw, three more wrestlers from NXT’s women’s division were called up to the main roster on Tuesday.

Ruby Riot confronted Naomi in a backstage segment on SmackDown, introducing her to Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan before they all attacked her. Becky Lynch tried to make the save, but the three new arrivals laid her out as well.

Riot, Morgan, and Logan later interrupted Charlotte Flair and Natalya’s SmackDown Women’s Championship match by attacking both.

Riot, who was previously known as Heidi Lovelace on the indies, was the most prominently featured of the three before coming to the main roster. She was involved in a triple threat match for the NXT Women’s Championship at TakeOver: Chicago earlier this year and lost a qualifying match prior to the fatal four-way at Saturday’s TakeOver: War Games special.

Morgan also participated in a qualifying match and has made semi-frequent appearances on NXT television. Logan was formerly Crazy Mary Dobson before coming to WWE. She’s made some TV appearances in NXT and lost to Mia Yim in the first round of the Mae Young Classic.

Riot vs. Deville from Saturday’s tapings will air on this week’s episode of NXT TV following their main roster debuts.
