Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch launch new coffee line
Known for his love for coffee and often discussing it publicly, Seth Rollins and his wife, Becky Lynch, are now all set to launch their own coffee line.
In a recent conversation with Complex, Rollins and Lynch revealed their new partnership with Dayglow to launch a new coffee line. Speaking highly of Dayglow’s owner, Tom Ifergen, Rollins said,
“Dayglow, first of all, the quality is elite, the best in Los Angeles in my opinion, and that’s saying a lot. We met the owner, Tom [Ifergen], and hit it off instantly. He wasn’t pretentious or corporate, just a guy who loved coffee.
We both had Midwest roots and connected over traveling and discovering coffee the same way. From a people perspective, a quality perspective, and a cool aesthetic perspective, it all fit together.”
While Rollins praised Ifergen, Lynch opened up about their new coffee line. “Coffee… It’s about that love, right? It’s that thing that gets you out of bed in the morning. It’s simple, but it’s an adventure. Whenever I go to a town, I’m finding the best coffee. I’m really going on an adventure to a new coffee shop, a new type of espresso.”
“It’s like wrestling. We do it because we love it. Coffee brings people together. You sit, talk, bond. This is us sharing something we love. We just want to put good coffee in the hands of people who don’t have access to it. We were those people once, just figuring out what we liked,” Rollins added.
Seth Rollins comments on their partnership with Dayglow
In the same interview with Complex, Rollins further opened up and commented on their partnership with Dayglow.
“The partnership is half-and-half. There are so many logistics we don’t understand. We’re coffee people, not business people. We worked with Dayglow to talk about what our flavors are and what we like. The actual bean, what we’re going to put in the bag and the can, is still undecided. We still have to do a sampling, probably in the next couple of weeks.”
Rollins and Lynch are the primary investors in this new coffee line. While no information on its name or release date is available yet, the couple hopes to use their upcoming white-label brand as a way to bridge the existing gap in the coffee market.
Staying optimistic, Lynch has “scouted a spot” for their “brick-and-mortar café”, while Rollins is hoping for the best.
