Six-pack challenge, eight-man tag match set for WWE SmackDown

WWE has added two matches to the lineup for this week’s SmackDown.

There will be a number one contender’s six-pack challenge on tomorrow’s show. Nikki Cross, Carmella, Lacey Evans, Mandy Rose, Sonya Deville, and Dana Brooke will face off in the match, with the winner getting a shot at Bayley’s SmackDown Women’s Championship. WWE hasn’t announced when the title match will be taking place.

Bayley won the SmackDown Women’s Championship by defeating Charlotte Flair last Friday. Bayley fully went heel, destroying her inflatable Bayley Buddies before the match. She cut a brief promo after winning the title, telling the crowd “Hey bitches, screw all of you.”

Charlotte is now on Raw after joining the brand in the WWE Draft.

An eight-man tag match has also been announced for tomorrow’s SmackDown. The New Day (Big E & Xavier Woods) will team with Heavy Machinery against The Revival, Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode.

Those four teams will all be among the participants in the World Cup tag team turmoil match at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia on October 31.

The Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana is hosting tomorrow’s SmackDown. Roman Reigns will challenge for Shinsuke Nakamura’s Intercontinental title in the episode’s opening match.
