Tama Tonga has commented on his recent fine.

Tonga was reportedly fined an amount in the five figures for posting rehearsal footage from the March 13 episode of WWE SmackDown. He addressed the incident during a TikTok live stream on Wednesday.

“I been in the doghouse my whole life. No getting out of the doghouse. Yeah, I’m moving like I’m in the doghouse always,” Tonga said during the stream.

He later posted to X saying that it was a “careless mistake” and that he knew better.

Tonga wrote:

“Thanks for joining the live. As addressed, yes I was fined – deserved. I knew better- a careless mistake. -Lesson learned. Take the hit and move on. Back to work.”

Tonga last wrestled on the March 20 edition of WWE SmackDown in Raleigh, North Carolina. He teamed with JC Mateo and lost the WWE Tag Team Championships to Damian Priest and R-Truth.

Tonga’s social media post and clips of him addressing the fine are available below.
