The Usos say they’re back in WWE Raw’s tag team division
The Usos are back in the tag team division.
After AJ Styles & Dragon Lee retained the World Tag Team titles on Raw against The War Raiders, The Usos came out and confronted the champions as well as The New Day, who still want another shot at the titles despite their recent loss. Jimmy Uso said it was his idea to reform the team after Jey recently experienced a series of losses. After knocking out The New Day, the segment ended with The Usos having a staredown with Lee & Styles.
The recent storyline involving the Usos has seen Jey become despondent over a string of losses, the biggest one taking place on last week’s Raw when LA Knight defeated him in the semifinals of The Last Time is Now tournament. After losing, Jey threw a fit on the outside of the ring, knocking over a Prime Energy display. When leaving the area, Jey suggested that titles looked better on Roman than himself.
Jimmy & Jey have reunited a few times in the last year as a tag team. The two most recently teamed together at Wrestlepalooza, losing to The Vision’s Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker.
