Three matches announced for next week’s WWE SmackDown

Three matches have been announced for next week’s SmackDown.

A gauntlet match will air next week on a SmackDown that will be taped following Friday’s live show in Omaha, Nebraska. The Street Profits, Baron Cobrin & Apollo Crews, The Bloodline (Tama Tonga & Tonga Loa), Legado del Fantasma (Berto & Angel), Pretty Deadly, and The OC will determine the next challengers for new champions DIY (Tommaso Ciampa & Johnny Gargano).

LA Knight will also face Santos Escobar. After Knight got his US title match for SummerSlam against Logan Paul, Escobar confronted him backstage and said he wasn’t pinned in their Money in the Bank qualifying match at Madison Square Garden. Knight said he had some free time ahead of SummerSlam and would take care of him.

Bayley will team with Michin to take on Tiffany Stratton and Nia Jax. Bayley took out Nia Jax and destroyed Stratton’s Money in the Bank briefcase on Friday, causing Stratton to lose to Michin in a singles match.

Here’s the lineup for next week’s WWE SmackDown:

  • WWE Tag Team title number one contender’s gauntlet match: Street Profits vs. Apollo Crews & Baron Corbin vs. The Bloodline (Tama Tonga & Tonga Loa) vs. Pretty Deadly vs. The OC
  • LA Knight vs. Santos Escobar
