Tommaso Ciampa shaves beard after suffering fall

Tommaso Ciampa is sporting a new look at the moment after having to shave his beard.

In an Instagram post on Saturday, Ciampa shared that he cut his face in a fall this morning. Ciampa was not injured, but he had to shave his beard as a result of the mishap. He and his DIY partner Johnny Gargano are appearing at WWE World in Las Vegas today in advance of WrestleMania 41 night one.

Ciampa shared pictures of his bloody mouth after the fall, writing: “Full Transparency: I had a fall this morning. I’m okay. But my beard is not.”

DIY do not have a match scheduled for WrestleMania, but they’ll be challenging for the WWE Tag Team titles on the WrestleMania fallout edition of SmackDown next Friday. A TLC match is set for the episode with The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford) defending against DIY and Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin).

Those three teams have traded the belts in recent months with DIY having two reigns as WWE Tag Team Champions.
