Toni Storm to make WWE SmackDown debut next Friday
WWE has revealed when Toni Storm will be arriving on SmackDown.
On tonight’s SmackDown, a video aired announcing that Storm will be making her SmackDown debut next Friday. It was revealed last week that Storm was being called up to SmackDown and would be making her debut soon.
Storm has wrestled in multiple dark matches at main roster shows recently. Prior to the announcement of her call-up, Storm was set to begin a feud with Sarray in NXT.
Storm is a former NXT UK Women’s Champion.
Storm isn’t the only new addition to the SmackDown roster. Shotzi Blackheart & Tegan Nox made their SmackDown debuts by defeating WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Natalya & Tamina in a non-title match last week. Shotzi & Nox also defeated Natalya & Tamina in a non-title match on tonight’s show.
Next Friday’s SmackDown will take place from multiple locations. In addition to the show being held at Cleveland, Ohio’s Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, there will also be multiple matches from the Rolling Loud music festival in Miami, Florida.
