Trick Williams & Lash Legend announce engagement
Lash Legend and Trick Williams are now engaged.
The two made the announcement on social media on Friday. Video was shown of the two celebrating Thanksgiving with their family when Trick got down on one knee and popped the question.
“I was gonna wait,” Williams said in the video. “I’ll do this later. But I feel it. Everybody being here…I’m thankful for God, I’m thankful for Anriel.”
“As I’m making this post Im getting emotional again but of pure joy, happiness, and peace,” Legend wrote. “If you know me, you know I dont play about my man! I love him more than words could ever put together. So honored blessed and thankful to spend the rest of my life with my handsome bestie @trickwilliams_wwe.”
Last year, the two were involved in a storyline on NXT where Trick Williams feuded with Noam Dar of the Meta-Four. The tension between Legend and Williams briefly turned romantic before the two eventually parted ways, choosing to focus on other things. In real life, the two began dating during their time training at the Performance Center.
Legend was recently called up from NXT, forming an alliance with Nia Jax. The two will take part in the Women’s War Games match at Survivor Series this Saturday.
