Trish Stratus shares 50th birthday gift from Stephanie McMahon
In celebration of her 50th birthday, WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus received a special gift from Stephanie McMahon.
Stratus, who turned 50 years old on December 18, shared today that Stephanie sent her 50 roses to mark the occasion. While showing off the flowers, Stratus joked about the rivalry she and Stephanie once had on WWE programming.
“So you think by sending me 50 long stem roses in varying shades of pink nestled among baby’s breath for my 50th birthday I’m just gonna forget everything??” Stratus wrote.
“Yup @stephaniemcmahon, that did the trick. Love you!”
It’s been a challenging time for Stratus with her mother passing away in August, and not having her mother here for her 50th birthday and the Christmas season has been especially hard. She sent out a message to anyone who is attempting to navigate this time without someone they love.
“They say the year of firsts is the hardest. I hope that’s true. I hope it gets a little easier with time, even if it never fully goes away,” Stratus wrote.
“For anyone walking through this kind of season without someone they love – especially a mom – please know I’m thinking of you and sending you love. I know, I know, she’s here in spirit… but the truth is, she’s not here – and it sucks.”
This year — which was the 25th anniversary of her WWE debut — saw Stratus return for a few matches, including losing to Tiffany Stratton at WWE Evolution.
Stratus accomplished a “bucket list” goal recently by being featured on the cover of the January 2026 edition of FHM Australia magazine.
